So here is the first sketch for the Koboi Kembara Lagi series. Koboi dengan keluarganya mengamalkan budaya highschool Canada. Tentative title – ‘Keluarga Pendatang’. This is a Koboi performance at his daughter’s graduation shoot. This is an annual extravaganza in Vancouver high schools. I convinced my daughter Durga to let the Koboi join her family session – graduation as readymade! I wonder if they have this hyper-memorial culture back home…It is really a performance art…  dresses, sorting out groups and cliques, coordinating looks and clothes… Yup! quite a performance… all this graduation activity triggers a sense of dislocation for me… I left for UK after form 5.

Pacific NorthWest LNG Ltd. is proposing to construct and operate a liquefied natural gas (LNG) facility and marine terminal  on Lelu Island.

The site of contention is Lelu Island, near the city of Prince Rupert which has the largest natural deep-water port in North America. The traditional industries are fishing and fish processing. Nature is in abundance. Tourism has great potential.

PETRONAS is the majority owner of Pacific NorthWest LNG. Minority stakeholders include Sinopec, JAPEX, Indian Oil Corporation, and PetroleumBRUNEI.
